【摘要】 目的:探讨输液管抽吸联合经阴道手术切除良性卵巢囊肿切除术的可行性及临床应用价值。方法:对2004年3月—2011年12月收治的58例良性卵巢囊肿患者经阴道行囊肿切除术,术中用输液器针管抽吸囊液,缩小囊肿体积后切除。结果:手术时间平均为45 min,平均出血量56 mL,术后平均排气时间12 h,平均住院时间4 d。结论:应用输液管抽吸联合经阴道切除良性卵巢囊肿手术,恢复快、出血少、创伤小,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the practicability and clinical value of the infusion tube aspiration combined with trans-vaginal operation excision of ovarian cyst.Methods:To retrospective analysis the 58 cases of patients with ovarian cysts used trans-vaginal excision of cyst during Match 2004 to December 2011.Intra-operative infusion apparatus needle aspiration of cystic fluid,shrinkage of the cyst volume after resection.Results:The average operation time was 45 minutes,the mean blood loss of 56 mL,the mean postoperative exhaust time 12 hours,the average length of stay of 4 days.Conclusion:Using the infusion tube aspiration combined with trans-vaginal operation excision of ovarian cyst,recover fast,bleeding less,wound small,to further promote the value line.更多还原
