【摘要】 目的:探讨经内镜鼻胆管引流术(ENBD)在老年重症胆管炎治疗中的安全性。方法:对2007年5月—2011年5月经ENBD诊治的重症胆管炎病例共42例进行回顾性分析。按年龄将其分为65~75岁年龄组和75岁以上年龄组,比较两组ENBD操作成功率及术后并发症发生率。结果:65~75岁年龄组ENBD操作成功率90.0%(18/20),75岁以上年龄组成功率86.4%(19/22),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并发症发生率65~75岁年龄组为3.7%,75岁以上年龄组为4.8%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但75岁以上年龄组有1例患者死亡。结论:高龄对ENBD操作成功率及操作相关并发症发生率并无明显影响,同时有心、肺、脑功能并发症时ENBD操作仍有较大风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the security of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) in the elderly with acute cholangitis severe type.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the 42 cases who were diagnosed with acute cholangitis severe type in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2011.Divided into two groups,one was 65~75 years old and the other was over 75 years old,compared their operation success rate and the post operative complications of ENBD.Results:The operation success rate of two groups was 90.0%(18/20),86.4%(19/22).There was no significance difference(P>0.05).The complications was 3.7%,4.8% respectively.There was no significance difference(P>0.05).But one patient of the group over 75 years old died.Conclusion:Advanced age is no influence to the operation success rate and complications of ENBD,but the patient who has heart lungs brain dysfunction endure ENBD still has more risk.更多还原
