【Abstract】 Through the study on literature at home and abroad,this paper reviews the factors influencing the efficiency of semiconductor refrigeration from four aspects which are theory,material,structure and the mode of heat transfer.Then the paper summarizes the research focuses and achievements,as well as the current problems existing in the research of semiconductor refrigeration.This study may provide reference for the in-depth study on semiconductor refrigeration in future.更多还原
