基于ANSYS的风机叶片试验加载架结构优化设计
Structure Optimization Design of Testing Loading Frame for Air-blower Vane by ANSYS
【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言,对某风机叶片试验加载架的重要尺寸进行参数化,并建立有限元模型,在其最大载荷工况下进行应力与应变分析,找出优化空间;再利用ANSYS中的design opt优化模块进行尺寸优化,并对原有结构加以改进。
【Abstract】 By the APDL language of ANSYS,the important dimensional data of the testing loading frame for air-blower vane were parameterized,and the finite element model of the loading frame was built.Then the stress and displacement of the frame under the maximal load were analyzed.Finally,by using the design opt module of the ANSYS to do dimension optimization,the former structure was improved,to be light in weight.
