基于虚拟样机的倾斜轴滚筒洗衣机动力学仿真分析

【摘要】 以某型号倾斜轴滚筒洗衣机为研究对象建立其三维模型,结合ANSYS有限元分析软件,在ADAMS/View环境下,依据刚柔混合建模方法建立了滚筒洗衣机的虚拟样机模型。基于此模型对其脱水工况进行仿真分析,研究其振动机理,确定悬挂系统各关键参数对洗衣机振动噪声的影响。

【Abstract】 This article researched a type of drum washing machine with declining axis,and set up its three-dimensional model.Based on the hybrid modeling method of rigid and flexible,combined with the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a virtual prototype model of the drum washing machine was established in the environment of ADAMS/View.Based on this model,the dehydration condition was simulated,the vibration mechanism was analyzed,and the effect of the key parameters of suspension system on vibration and noise was studied.
