基于APDL的压力容器壁厚优化设计
Pressure Vessel Thickness Optimization Design Based on APDL
【摘要】 在某化工用压力容器壁厚的优化设计中,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS的APDL语言对该压力容器进行参数化建模、有限元分析及优化设计,得到了较为合理的结构形式和尺寸,在满足工程要求的情况下,节省了大量的材料,实现了轻量化的目标。ANSYS软件将有限元与优化设计相结合,让设计变得更轻松。
【Abstract】 In the design of pressure vessels commonly used in chemical industry,it is possible to carry out the optimum design of structure by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and then,the appropriate structure and sizes can be obtained.In this way,a large amount of material will be saved under the condition that the engineering requirements are fulfilled,and the light weight of structure is realized.
