【摘要】 [目的]探讨系统化心理干预对胶质瘤病人围术期焦虑、抑郁、治疗依从性的影响。[方法]将52例脑胶质瘤围术期病人随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理和一般性健康教育,观察组则由责任护士制订系统化心理干预计划,并组织实施。观察干预后两组病人焦虑、抑郁情况,病人依从性及满意度。[结果]观察组病人焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪、对治疗的依从性和满意度均优于对照组。[结论]系统化心理干预可改善脑胶质瘤围术期病人焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To probe into the influence of systematic psychological intervention on perioperative anxiety and depression,and treatment compliance of glioma patients.Methods:A total of 52 cases of brain glioma patients in perioperative period were randomly divided into two groups,the control group cases were given routine care and general health education,the observation group cases received the systematic psychological intervention plan made by the responsibility nurses,and then implement the plan,then to observe the anxiety,depression,the patient compliance and satisfaction between two groups of patients after the intervention.Results:The anxiety,depression and other bad mood,the treatment compliance and satisfaction of observation group patients were superior to that of control group.Conclusion:Systematic psychological intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of brain glioma in perioperative period,and enhance the treatment compliance and satisfaction.更多还原
