专业护士核心能力建设对护理本科生专业能力培养的启迪
Influence of professional nurses core capacity building on culturing professional competence of undergraduate nursing students
【摘要】 介绍了专业护士核心能力训练体系构建的基本思路和方法,并结合护理本科生专业能力培养作了延伸性探讨。
