护理本科实习生对病人实施个体化健康宣教的效果评价
Evaluation on effect of implement of individualized health education for patients in clinical practice of nursing undergraduates
【摘要】 [目的]观察以病例为引导(CBS)+以问题为基础的教学(PBL)模式指导下的病人个体化健康宣教在护生临床实习带教中的应用效果。[方法]将2009年6月—2010年3月在我院轮转实习的护生48人随机分成实验组和对照组各24人,实验组护生对病人实施个体化健康宣教,对照组护生参与带教老师组织的健康宣教。专人负责收集两组护生出科考试成绩、病人对护生的评价、带教老师对护生的评价和护生的自我评价分值。[结果]实验组护生出科考试成绩、病人对床位护生的评价、带教老师对护生的评价和护生自我评价分值均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]临床实习护生对病人开展个体化健康宣教,能帮助护生养成以人为本、主动提供健康教育服务的习惯,提升护生的综合能力。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the applied effects of individual health education for patients under CBS plus PBL mode guide in the teaching for nursing students clinical practice.Methods:A total of 48 nursing students who rotated internship in our hospital from June 2009 to March 2010 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,24 students in each,experimental group students carried out the individualized health education for patients,control group students participated in the health education which was organized by the teachers.Each department has a special nurse responsible for the collection of the examinations scores,scores about evaluation of the patients on nursing students,evaluation of the teacher on nursing students and self-evaluation of nursing students.Results:All scores of experimental group cases were higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing students carrying out the individualized health education for patients during the clinical practice can help the nursing students to develop the concept of people-centered and habits of providing the health education services initiatively,and enhance the comprehensive ability of the nurse students.
