织物用去血渍复合酶的反应特性研究

【摘要】 研究了织物用去血渍复合酶的最适反应温度、pH、温度稳定性、pH稳定性以及酶组分间的稳定性。结果表明,织物用去血渍复合酶的有效作用温度范围为25~55℃,有效作用pH范围为7.0~11.0;织物用去血渍复合酶的稳定温度区间为T≤55℃,稳定pH区间为6≤pH≤11;复合酶中的蛋白酶在正常洗涤时间里对其他的几种酶活力影响甚微,组分之间配伍性能良好。

【Abstract】 The stability of complex enzymes for textile bloody speckle were studied by studying optimum activation temperature,pH,temperature,pH stability and enzyme components stability.The results indicated that effective temperature interactional range was 25~55 ℃,effective pH interactional range was 7.0~11.0;steady temperature range of complex enzymes for textile bloody speckle was T≤55 ℃,steady pH range of complex enzymes was 6≤pH≤11;the mutual compatibility of enzyme constituents was good because protease of complex enzymes has very weak influence to other enzyme constituents in a routine abstersion process.
