大型轴管类件过弯矫直等价原理实验

【摘要】 为分析大型轴管类零件过弯矫直工艺参数与直梁纯弯曲理论相关参数之间的对应关系,根据相似性原理,设计了过弯矫直等价原理的实验方法。采用不同材质、不同截面属性管坯的三点弯曲和四点弯曲及其反向弯曲实验,证实了小曲率曲梁反弯矫直所需变形量与相同材质、相同截面属性的直梁弯成曲梁形状所需变形量之间的等价关系。实验结果表明,管坯经反弯矫直后最大挠度均小于0.28mm,已非常接近直管。通过引入塑性金属材质的梁纯弯曲过程中弯矩载荷与变形行程之间的单值递增函数对应关系,论证了变形量相等的实质是两个过程的弯矩分布相等,从而给出了过弯矫直等价原理,为后续的过弯矫直工艺方法的研究及其控制策略的确定,奠定了实验基础。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the corresponding relationship between the parameters in over-bend straightening processes and the parameters in straight beam pure bending theory,according to the principle of similarity,an experimental method of equivalent principle for over-bend straightening was designed.The experiments of three point bending,four point bending and the corresponding reverse bending for different materials and section properties were done,which verified the equivalent relationship between the deformation needed for straightening the curved beam with small curvature and the deformation needed for bending the straight beam with same material and section properties.Experimental results indicate that the deflection of pipes after straightening is less than 0.28mm and very close to a straight pipe.The substance of equal deformation was discussed through introducing the corresponding single-valued increasing function relationship between the bending moment and the deformation amount during pure bending of beam with plastic material.The over-bend straightening equivalent principle is given for the moment distribution is equal in both processes,thus lay the experimental base for further studying the over-bend straightening technology and its control strategy.
