电镀铬对300M钢疲劳性能影响研究

【摘要】 对多次电镀铬的300M钢试样的疲劳性能、氢脆倾向、疲劳断口进行了测试和分析,以研究镀铬次数、镀铬层厚度对300M钢疲劳性能的影响规律。结果表明:镀铬层对300M钢的疲劳性能影响很大,在试验条件下,带镀层试样较未电镀试样的疲劳强度和相同应力条件下的疲劳寿命降低约60%,且镀层越厚疲劳寿命越低;这种影响与电镀次数无明显关系,只要执行正常的除氢工艺,重复电镀多达15次的300M钢仍未发现氢脆倾向。断口分析表明:疲劳裂纹主要起源于镀铬层或镀层与基体的界面处,疲劳性能的大幅降低主要与镀铬层本身的特性有关。

【Abstract】 Fatigue performance,hydrogen embrittlement tendency,fatigue fracture were tested and analyzed for 300M steel with the multiple chromium plating and the effect of the chrome times and chrome layer thickness on fatigue property of 300M steel were investigated.The results showed that chrome plating had a great influence on the fatigue performance.Under the same stress,fatigue strength and fatigue life were reduced by about 60% for the electroplated sample compared to that non-electroplated.And the fatigue life decreased with increasing thickness of the plating,which seemed to be irrelevant to plating times.Via the execution of normal hydrogen removal process,although the electroplating was repeated up to 15 times,the hydrogen embrittlement tendency had not been found yet.Fracture analysis indicated that fatigue crack mainly originated from the chrome layer or interface between plating and substrate and significant degradation of fatigue performance was mainly related to the properties of the chromium plating layer itself.
