Ga-Mn-Ni-Co磁驱动形状记忆合金的组织结构与相变
Microstructure and Phase Transition of Ga-Mn-Ni-Co Magnetism-driven Shape Memory Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Co掺杂对Ga2MnNi磁性记忆合金马氏体相变行为、显微组织结构以及磁性能等的影响。结果表明:Co含量对Ga50Mn25Ni25-xCox系列合金马氏体相变温度和晶格常数具有明显影响。Co原子数分数小于0.5%时,随着Co含量的增加,马氏体相变温度无显著变化,当Co原子数分数大于0.5%时,马氏体相变温度下降。Ga-Mn-Ni-Co合金室温呈7M单斜马氏体,变体内部由相互平行的细小片状亚组织组成。Co代替Ni可显著提高合金的居里温度,且合金的饱和磁化强度随着Co含量的增加呈现为先增加后减小的趋势,在Co原子数分数为0.5%时达到最大值。
【Abstract】 The effect of Co content on the martensite phase-transition temperature,microstructure and magnetic performance of Ga2MnNi magnetic memory alloy was studied.The results show that Co content has a significant impact on the martensite phase-transition temperature and lattice constant of Ga50Mn25Ni25-xCox alloy.When Co content is lower than 0.5at%,the martensite phase-transition temperature shows little change with the increase of Co content,but it decreases with the rise of Co content when the Co content is higher than 0.5at%.Ga-Mn-Ni-Co alloy shows 7M monoclinic martensite composed of small strip substructure parallel to each other at room temperature.The Curie temperature can be significantly improved by substituting Co for Ni.With the increase of Co content,the saturation magnetiation increases initially,arriving the peak when the Co content is 0.5at%,and then it will decrease.
