Zn-TiO2/KIT-6复合催化剂的制备及光催化活性的测定
Preparation of Compound Catalyst Zn-TiO2/KIT-6 and Its Photocatalytic Activity
【摘要】 以乙酸锌、钛酸四丁酯和介孔材料KIT-6为原料,采用沉积沉淀法制备了不同组成的Zn-TiO2/KIT-6.通过X射线衍射(XRD)和N2物理吸附对催化剂进行了表征.选择罗丹明B作为探针反应考察其光催化活性.结果表明,掺Zn能提高TiO2/KIT-6的催化活性,当Zn的质量分数为1.63%(相对TiO2/KIT-6)时,Zn-TiO2/KIT-6的光催化作用最好.0.01g的催化剂对90mL的罗丹明B(20mg/L)在25min时的降解率达到97.6%.
【Abstract】 The zinc acetate,tetrabutyl titanate and KIT-6 molecular sieve were used to prepare different concentration Zn-TiO2/KIT-6 catalysts by deposition precipitation method.The catalysts were characterized by XRD and N2 adsorption.The Rhodimin B was used as probe molecule to study the photocatalytic activity of Zn-TiO2/KIT-6.The results showed that the photocatalytic activity was promoted with doping of Zn.The photocatalytic activity of Zn-TiO2/KIT-6 comes to the best when the mass content of Zn is 1.63%(relative to TiO2/KIT-6).The degeneration rate of Rhodamine B(20 mg/L) is 97.6% when the content of catalyst is 0.01 g.
