丙型肝炎严重威胁人类健康,丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染后表现为较为复杂的病程,由急性期、慢性期直至发展成肝硬化、肝癌,还有隐匿性HCV感染。准确、可靠的HCV实验室检测技术是预防与控制疾病并进行有效病程预后和药物治疗的前提。HCV实验室检测技术发展迅速,灵敏度和检测特异性均有明显提高。针对HCV感染者和丙型肝炎患者的不同病程,各类实验室检测技术也具有不同的适用范围。本文对近年来HCV实验室检测技术的发展及其在不同病程的适用性作一综述。
