【摘要】 目的探讨采用闭合复位克氏针固定尺骨远端骨折的方法及疗效。方法 2009年2月~2011年10月使用闭合复位克氏针固定尺骨远端骨折13例并评价其效果。结果 13例患者均获得随访,随访时间0.5~1.6年,平均1年2个月。骨折全部愈合,腕关节功能恢复满意。根据Garland and Werler方法评定腕关节术后疗效.优8例,良3例,可2例,优良率84.6%。结论闭合复位克氏针固定尺骨远端骨折.固定可靠,腕关节功能恢复良好,是治疗尺骨远端骨折的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation of the ulna distal fracture of the method and the curative effect.Methods From 2009 February to 2011 October using a closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation of the distal ulna fracture : a report of 13 cases and evaluation of its effectiveness.Results 13 patients were followed up,follow-up time of 0.5 to 1.6 years,average 1years and 2 months.All fractures healed,wrist joint function recovered satisfactorily.According to the Garland and Werler evaluation method of wrist joint effect after operation.Excellent in 8 cases,good in 3 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 84.6%.Conclusion Closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation of the distal ulna fracture.Reliable fixation,good recovery of wrist joint function,is the treatment of the distal ulna fracture is one of the effective methods更多还原
