【摘要】 目的研究跖腱膜炎与腓肠肌挛缩的关系。方法对2010年9月～2010年11月足踝外科门诊收治的20人跖腱膜炎患者和31人正常足进行对比研究。结果29足跖腱膜炎中16例﹙55.2%﹚合并腓肠肌挛缩。62正常足中11例﹙17.7%﹚合并腓肠肌挛缩。结论跖腱膜炎与腓肠肌挛缩关系密切,跖腱膜炎的患者多伴有腓肠肌挛缩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between plantar fasciitis and gastrocnemius contracture.Methods 20 outpatients with plantar fasciitis were compared with 31 normal people during Sep to Nov 2010 in Foot and ankle surgery department of Tongren hospital.Results 16 of 29 feet with plantar fasciitis(55.2%)had gastrocnemius contracture compared with 11 of 62 normal feet(17.7%).Conclusion There is a close relationship between plantar fasciitis and gastrocnemius contracture.A plantar fasciitis patient is more likely to suffer gastorcnemius contracture.更多还原
