香菇多糖联合TA方案化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Lentinan Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer
【摘要】 目的:观察香菇多糖联合TA方案(紫杉醇、阿霉素)治疗晚期乳腺癌患者的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法:将确诊为Ⅳ期的52例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,两组均采用TA方案化疗,治疗组加用香菇多糖,观察两组近期疗效及毒副反应,计算和比较两组治疗前后的CD4+/CD8+值。结果:治疗组及对照组的治疗总有效率分别为67.86%、62.50%,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的生活质量(Karnofsky评分)改善率分别为71.43%和41.67%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CD4+及CD8+细胞绝对计数均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组CD4+/CD8+值上升,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组CD4+/CD8+值较治疗前下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后CD4+/CD8+值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组毒副反应较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖联合TA化疗方案能有效改善晚期乳腺癌患者的生存质量、调节免疫力并减轻毒副反应。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the short-term effect and toxicity of Lentinan combined with TA program(Paclitaxol,Adriamycin) in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods:52 patients with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The TA program was used in two groups,and Lentinan was added to the treatment group.Then the short-term effect and toxicity were observed and the value of CD4+/CD8+ was calculated after the treatment.Results:The overall response rate was 67.86% in the treatment group and 62.50% in the control group(P>0.05).The improvement rate of Karnofsky score were 71.43% and 41.67% respectively.The treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The CD4+ and CD8+ were lower than that of before treatment(P<0.05).The CD4+/CD8+ value went up in the treatment group,but there was no statistical significance compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The CD4+/CD8+ value descended in the control group,there was no statistical significance compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The CD4+/CD8+ value showed significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).The toxicity in the treatment group was obviously eased as compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Lentinan combining with TA chemotherapy can improve the Karnofsky score and regulate immunity and reduce toxicity for the patients with advanced breast cancer.
