【摘要】 目的:探讨分析前列腺癌患者89Sr治疗后机体免疫功能的变化及其临床意义。方法:87例前列腺癌患者经89Srcl2治疗1月,采用流式细胞术检测治疗前后其外周血淋巴细胞亚群,速率散射免疫比浊分析法检测其免疫球蛋白的含量。结果:经89Sr治疗后,患者CD3、CD19、CD4比例均明显升高,CD8比例明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CD16+CD56+无明显变化;IgG和IgA明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IgM无明显变化。结论:用89Srcl2治疗前列腺癌可以有效提高患者的免疫水平,可通过监测机体免疫功能指标的变化89Sr核素的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the change of immune function in prostate cancer patients after treated with 89Sr and its clinical significance.Methods:The peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry after 87 cases of prostate cancer patients were treated with 89Sr for one month,and immunoglobulin levels were detected by rate scattering immunoturbidimetric assay.Results:After treatment with 89Sr,the ratio of CD3,CD19 and CD4 were significantly higher than before treatment,and the ratio of CD8 was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference of CD16+CD56+.The levels of IgG and IgA were both significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference of IgM.Conclusions:Treatment with 89Sr-chloride was effective for prostate cancer which was able to improve the immune function,change of immune function may be used to evaluate the clinical efficay of 89Sr.更多还原
