【摘要】 表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在相当一部分的人类肿瘤细胞存在过表达,EGFR的活化及过度表达影响着肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移及与肿瘤对化疗和放疗的耐受相关,且对预后有着重要影响。本文主要述EGFR的结构及其功能、基因多态性,EFGR引起放疗抗拒的作用机制,EGFR在头颈部鳞癌组织中的表达,及对其放射敏感性的影响。探讨EGFR阻滞剂在临床中的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) expression exists in considerable part of human tumor cells,activation and overexpression of EGFR affects tumor cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis and tolerances to chemotherapy and radiotherapy of tumor-related,and has an important implications for prognosis.This paper mainly described the structure and function of EGFR,gene polymorphisms,EGFR mechanism of action of radiation resist,EGFR expression in head and neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma,and its effect on radiation sensitivity.This paper also explored EGFR blockers in clinical application prospect.更多还原
