【Abstract】 Despite the importance of forgiveness in our life,social theorists and social scientists have ignored forgiveness until the final two decades of the 20th century.Forgiveness may be defined as compassionate feeling that support a willingness to forgive or as the act of excusing a mistake or offense.In this article,we review the physiological evidence and neural basis of forgiveness besides the active scales which used to measure the level of forgiveness.Furthermore,we highlight the field’s possible future at the end of the article.更多还原
