【Abstract】 Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) is a member of the cytokine family of growth factors.G-CSF stimulates the proliferation,survival,and maturation of cells.Recent experimental studies on the G-CSF in the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular disease have shown that G-CSF can improve neurologic impairment.G-CSF have broad prospects to be used in the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular disease.This review focus on the use of G-CSF in ischemic cerebral vascular disease,and the mechanism of their action.更多还原
