JC-17高效复合脱碳剂在天然气制甲醇装置上的工业应用

【摘要】 介绍了JC-17高效复合脱碳剂与传统脱碳剂的实验室对比及在10×104 t/a天然气制甲醇装置CO2回收单元工业应用情况,结果表明:JC-17脱碳剂与传统脱碳剂相比,溶剂消耗降低约10%,CO2产量提高10%以上,同时设备腐蚀、溶剂抗降解能力、装置能耗等指标均明显优于传统脱碳剂。该剂对于天然气制甲醇装置充分发挥烟道气回收CO2单元潜力,弥补碳不足,提高经济效益,提供了更先进的溶剂选择。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the laboratory contrast situation of high efficient decarbonizer JC-17 to traditional decarbonizer and the industrial application on CO2 recovery unit of 100×103 t/a natural gas to methanol device.The results show that JC-17 can reduce solvent consumption by 10% and increase CO2 yield by more than 10%.Further more,a number of indicators such as equipment corrosion,solvent resistant to degradation capacity,energy consumption and so on are obviously superior to traditional decarbonizer.The agent can not only fully develop the potential of flue gas CO2 recovery unit,make up the carbon inadequacy,but also raise economic benefits.Therefore,it provides a more advanced solvents selection.
