【Abstract】 Using literature,questionnaire survey and field survey to analyze the major difficulties faced by the university high-level sports teams of Shandong Province.Based on this,it was proposed to deepen structural reforms,standardize admissions,broaden the sources of funding,strengthen the construction of coaches,to solve the athletes’ practical problems and develop new markets,create the brand.Finally,we hope to provide some theoretical and methodological support for the sustainable development of the university high-level sports teams of Shandong Province.更多还原
