顺序注射-HG-AFS法测定食品接触材料中痕量镉迁移量
Determination of migration of trace Cd in food contact materials by sequential injection-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry
【摘要】 采用直接稀释法消除4%乙酸基体对原子荧光法测定镉的严重抑制干扰,建立了以钴和硫脲作增敏剂-顺序注射-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品接触材料中痕量镉迁移量的检测方法。优化了HG-AFS测定条件,研究了钴离子浓度、介质酸度、载流酸度、硼氢化钠浓度及共存元素及乙酸基质的干扰及消除方法。检出限为0.035μg/L,测定低限为0.001mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.36%~4.02%(n=8),回收率范围为95.1%~101%。方法灵敏、准确、快速、简便,适用于食品接触材料中痕量镉迁移量的测定。
【Abstract】 A method for the determination of migration of trace Cd in food contact materials by sequential injection-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with sulfourea and Co2+ as a sensitizer was developed and serious suppressed interference of 4% acetic acid matrix was eliminate using direct dilution. The optimal instrument condition was established. The influence factors such as Co2+ , the acidity of sample solution and carrier liquid, the concentrations of NaBH 4 , the interference of coexistent elements and acetic acid matrix and eliminating methods were investigated. The detection limit was 0.035 μg/L, the LOQ was 0.001 mg/L, the relative standard deviations were2.36%~4.02%(n=8) and the recoveries were in the range of 95.1%~101%. The method is sensitive, simple, quick and accurate, which could be used for determination of migration of trace Cd in food contact materials.
