新疆高寒香菊总黄酮、多酚及水浸出物含量分析

【摘要】 对新疆昆仑山产高寒香菊黄酮、多酚及水溶出物质量进行测定,为香菊功能活性成分的提取及综合利用提供理论依据。用超声法提取总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法于500nm处测定总黄酮的含量;酒石酸亚铁比色法测定香菊多酚含量;采用烘箱恒重法测定其水浸物含量。结果表明:高寒香菊中总黄酮含量为15.76%(占干重)、总多酚含量为237.09mg/g、水浸出物含量为51.57%,因此香菊作为一种特色天然产物进行其在保健品的研究具有较大前景。

【Abstract】 The contents of flavonoids and water extracts in Xinjiang Kunlun mountain’s chrysanthemum was researched in addition, the content of chrysanthemum polyphenols in the chrysanthemum was determinated for the first time. The contents of total flavonoid in the chrysanthemums was 15.76%. The content of polyphenols in the chrysanthemums was 237.09 mg/g, and the content of water extract in the chrysanthemums was 51.57%. We hope to provide scientific basis fo the extraction and synthesis utilization of Xinjiang Kunlun mountain’s chrysanthemum functional components.
