【摘要】 大型企业从环境研判、决策制定与适应性调整三个方面提升了产业集群动态能力。从演化经济学的角度看,随着企业的成长,企业家才能、惯例形成和企业文化是企业内部协调以提升企业功效的重要保证。现有的大型企业培育政策过度依赖税收、补贴、土地等直接干预型手段,各级政府应该转变思路,把培育政策的着眼点放在创新能力提升、企业家培养、企业文化塑造和治理结构完善等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large enterprise enhances the dynamic capabilities of industrial clusters by comprehensive capability of judging,strategy designing and adjusting.Entrepreneurship,forming routines and business culture are important roles to raise enterpriser efficacy when enterpriser is growing.Policies for cultivating large enterpriser overly depend on interventional ways such as tax,subsidy and land in the current economical climate.Government at all levels should change thinking and attach importance to enhancing inovationary capacity,cultivating enterpriser,shaping business culture and improving management structure.更多还原
