【摘要】 目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)和美宝创疡贴联合应用治疗严重污染的急性皮肤擦挫伤的疗效。方法创面外涂MEBO,结合创疡贴换药治疗皮肤擦挫伤创面,并给予全身综合性治疗,观察创面愈合效果。结果患者创面一期愈合,无瘢痕形成。结论 MEBO和创疡贴联合应用治疗严重擦挫伤,疗效理想,方法简便易行,患者满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of MEBO(Moist Exposed Burns Ointment) in combination with MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing(MEBO Dressing for short) in the treatment of severely contaminated acute skin abrasion and contusion.Methods Smear MEBO on the wound surface and then cover the wound with MEBO Dressing;change dressing regularly.Systemic comprehensive treatment was also given.Observe the wound healing effect.Results The wounds realized the primary healing with no scar formation.Conclusion;MEBO in combination with MEBO Dressing when applied to treat severe abrasion and contusion can realize ideal therapeutic efficacy,which is easy to operate and satisfying.更多还原
