【摘要】 目的通过湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与硫磺炉甘石洗剂分组治疗口唇单纯疱疹,对比观察两组治疗效果。方法将40例口唇单纯疱疹患者随机分为实验组(MEBO组)20例与对照组(硫磺炉甘石洗剂)20例,实验组采用MEBO治疗,对照组采用传统的硫磺炉甘石流剂治疗,观察并记录24 h两组的止痛效果、创面愈合时间和愈合质量。结果实验组19例用药后24 h疼痛消失,1例疼痛减轻,对照组17例疼痛无缓解,3例疼痛加重。实验组愈合时间8 d～11 d,平均9.5d;对照组愈合时间10 d～15 d,平均13.5 d。实验组愈合时间、止痛效果和愈合质量均比对照组疗效满意,差异有统计学意义。结论 MEBO治疗口唇单纯疱疹具有较好的止痛、促进创面愈合和提高愈合质量的效果,且使用方便,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacies of MEBO and sulfur calamine lotion comparatively in two groups in the treatment of Oral Herpes Simplex.Methods A total of 40 patients were divided randomly into an experimental group(treated with MEBO) and a control group(treated with sulfur calamine lotion) with 20 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,healing time and healing quality of wounds at 24hours of both groups were recorded and observed. Results Healing time and healing quality as well as analgesic effects of the experimental group were all superior to that of the control group with significant difference.Conclusion MEBO is easy to use and worthy to be promoted and popularized in clinics to treat Oral Herpes Simplex because of the superior therapeutic efficacies of good analgesia,promoting wound healing and improving healing quality and etc..更多还原
