【摘要】 目的观察皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效,并总结临床经验。方法应用皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑380例,根据评定标准对治疗结果进行评价。结果 380例黄褐斑患者经治疗后基本治愈272例,显效57例,好转51例,无效0例,有效率86.58%。结论皮肤原位再生复原技术结合可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,该技术值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd:YAG laser in treating Chloasma and to summarize the clinical treatment experience.Methods 380 cases with Chloasma were treated with MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd:YAG laser to evaluate the treatment efficacy based on the evaluation criteria.Results Of the 380 cases,the treatment healed 272 patients,was effective in 57 cases,improved the conditions of 51 cases,and wasn’ t ineffective in any case.An effective rate of 86.58%was achieved.Conclusion The treatment protocol of MEBT/MEBO combined with a variable pulsed Nd:YAG laser in treating Chloasma can achieve significant therapeutic efficacy and should be popularized in clinics.更多还原
