【摘要】 目的探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)外敷联合中药通脉汤治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法将75例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用MEBO局部换药,配合自拟中药汤剂通脉汤内服治疗;对照组用雷夫奴尔及胰岛素外敷局部换药治疗。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为86.84%和67.57%,P<0.05;平均愈合时间分别为24.0d±2.9d和41.0 d±2.6 d,P<0.01。结论 MEBO外敷联合中药通脉汤内服治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of MEBO Wound Ointment(MEBO) combined with Chinese medicine Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods Seventy-five patients with diabetic foot ulcer were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received topical dressing change of MEBO combing with the oral intake of self-made Chinese medicine Tongmai Decoction,while the control group adopted topical dressing change of Ethacridine Lactate and Insulin.Results The curative rates and the mean healing times in the treatment and the control group were 86.84%and 67.57%(P<0.05),and 24.0±2.9 d and 41.0±2.6 d(P<0.01),respectively. Conclusion The protocol of MEBO combined with Chinese medicine Tongmai Decoction has significant therapeutic effects in treating diabetic foot ulcer.更多还原
