室内装修污染对儿童外周血象的影响调查
Investigation on the influence of indoor decoration pollution on peripheral hemogram in children
【摘要】 目的探讨室内装修污染对儿童外周血象的影响。方法 2011年6月选取泰安市城区五所小学的2~4年级(7~9岁)学龄儿童200名,其中,男105名,女95名,按1年内家里有无室内装修分为装修组和无装修组各100名,进行室内污染物甲醛、苯及总挥发性有机物(total volatile organic compounds,TVOC)指标的监测。结果外周血象RBC、Hb、WBC、Plt异常率:装修组分别为15.00%、20.00%、11.00%和6.00%;未装修组分别为4.00%、6.00%、1.00%和0,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);装修组苯浓度超标家庭儿童的外周血象各项指标RBC(3.88±0.30)×1012/L、Hb(115.60±9.81)g/L、WBC(5.72±2.59)×109/L、Pl(t 140.60±43.84)×109/L与未超标家庭儿童比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论室内装修污染尤其室内苯暴露对儿童的外周血象有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence of indoor decoration pollution on peripheral hemogram in children.Methods An investigation was conducted among 200 children(aged 7-9 years,grade 2-4) from five primary schools in Taian on their home decoration in June 2011.There were 105 boys and 95 girls.Depending on whether they had decoration in their room in a recent year,they were randomly divided into two groups:decoration group(n=100) and undecoration group(n=100).Meanwhile,indoor air pollution by formaldehyde,benzene and total volatile organic compounds(TVOC) was monitored.Results The abnormal rate of peripheral hemogram such as RBC,HB,WBC and PLT was 15.00%,20.00%,11.00% and 6.00% respectively in decoration group,and 4.00%,6.00%,1.00% and 0 respectively in undecoration group;and there was significant difference between the two groups(all P<0.05).Compared with the children living in a room without benzene exceeding,the values of peripheral hemogram were significantly lower in children living in a room with benzene exceeding standard limit [RBC(3.88±0.30)×10 12 /L,HB(115.60±9.81)g/L,WBC(5.72± 2.59)×10 9 /L and PLT(140.60±43.84)×10 9 /L].Conclusion Indoor decoration pollution,especially exposure of indoor benzene has a certain effect on peripheral hemogram in children.
