数字化影像技术联合应用诊断骨肿瘤的临床价值
Clinical Value of Combined Application of Digital Imaging Technology in the Diagnosis of Bone Tumor
【摘要】 目的探讨三种数字化影像技术联合应用(包括DR、CT、MRI)在骨肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾分析96例经临床病理证实的影像学资料,其中96例行DR,46例行CT扫描,50例行MRI检查,40例联合应用DR、CT及MRI检查。结果 96例DR片中8,7例显示骨质改变,20例显示软组织肿块,40例显示骨膜反应,28例显示钙化或骨化。46例行CT扫描均显示骨质改变4,0例显示软组织肿块,21例显示骨膜反应3,4例显示钙化或骨化。50例行MRI检查中40例显示骨质改变,49例显示软组织肿块,19例显示骨膜反应,15例显示钙化或骨化4,7例显示骨髓水肿。40例联合应用DR、CT及MRI检查中40例显示骨质改变,39例显示软组织肿块,19例显示骨膜反应,30例显示钙化或骨化,38例显示相应骨髓水肿。结论三种数字化影像技术联合应用能全面、准确显示骨肿瘤征象,诊断符合率高于单一或两种技术联合应用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the combined application of three digital imaging technologies including Digital Radiography(DR),computerized tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of bone tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 96 patients on their clinical and imaging data,among which 96 received routine DR,46 received CT scan,50 received routine MRI,40 received combined use of DR,CT and MRI.Results Among 96 cases of DR films,87 showed bone changes,20 soft tissue mass,40 periosteal reaction,28 calcification or ossification.Among the cases receiving routine CT scan,bone changes were found in all the 46 cases,soft tissue mass in 40 cases,periosteal reaction in 21 cases,calcification or ossification in 34 cases.For 50 cases receiving routine MRI,bone changes were found in 40 cases,soft tissue mass in 49 cases,periosteal reaction in 19 cases,calcification or ossification in 15 cases,bone marrow edema in 47 cases.Among the 40 cases receiving combined application of CT,MRI and DR,40 were found to have bone changes,39 soft tissue mass,19 periosteal reaction,30 calcification or ossification,38 corresponding bone marrow edema.Conclusions The combined application of three digital imaging technologies can demonstrate bone tumors completely and accurately,which is more accurate than a single or two combined techniques in diagnosing bone tumor.
