【摘要】 目的分析三峡库区兴山县居民死因特征,为制定卫生政策提供依据。方法对2005～2009年疾病死因监测数据,采用Deathreg2005死因统计分析软件和Excel软件进行描述流行病学分析。结果年均死亡率为349.78/10万,标化死亡率为328.31/10万;死亡率随年龄增长而升高,≥65岁组死亡构成比为67.26%;死亡居前5位的疾病依次为循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒和消化系统疾病;YPLL率居前3位的依次为循环系统疾病、损伤中毒和呼吸系统疾病;肿瘤死亡前5位的疾病分别是肝癌、肺癌、食道癌、胃癌、肠癌;期望寿命为84.94岁。结论心、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤及意外伤害是居民死亡的主要疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the death cause of residents in the Three Gorges Area of Xingshan County and to provide the basis for the formulation of health policy.Methods "Deathreg2005"and Excel software were used to carry out a descriptive epidemiology analysis in the data of mortality surveillance in the years 2005~2009.Results Annual average mortality rate was 288.11/105,and the standardized mortality rate was 273.22 /105.The mortality rate increased with age.The proportion of death was 67.26% in groups above age 65.The top five leading causes of death were circulatory disease,respiratory disorder,malignant tumor,trauma and poisoning as well as digestive disease.The first three causes of death according to YPLL rate were circulatory disease,trauma and poisoning,malignant tumor.Liver cancer,lung cancer,esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer were the top five causes of death in all malignant tumors.Life expectancy was 84.94 years old.Conclusions Cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,malignant tumor and accidents were the major causes for death of residents.更多还原
