【Abstract】 Substance P(SP) is one of the first discovered neuropeptides.It is widely present in the nerve fibers and has various physiological functions.SP plays an important role in regulating the immune and endocrine.It could be identified as signal by both immune system and nervous system and attracted great concerns.In this present paper,recent studies of SP in the fields of pain,Alzheimer’s disease and obesity were summarized,which is helpful for understanding the roles of SP in health and disease.更多还原
