【摘要】 高校是青年人密集的场所,也是各种危机易发的场所。高校危机事件频发,直接考验着高校危机管理和应对的能力。当前,高校危机管理主要存在危机意思淡薄、法制建设缺位、缺乏常设管理职能机构、管理主体不足和缺乏危机管理反馈等问题。解决的主要对策有:强化危机意识教育,健全相关法律法规,建立相应管理职能部门,营造管理主体多元化环境,建设有效的信息沟通机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Universities are places where young people are crowded together,and thus they are also the places where various crisis easily break out.The frequent crisis in universities is testing universities’ competence to manage and solve the crisis.Nowadays,the crisis management in universities mainly shows the following problems such as weak consciousness on crisis,lack of legal construction,lack of normally-set management organs,insufficient management subjects,lack of feedback on crisis management,and so on.The countermeasures include the following,such as strengthening education on crisis consciousness,completing relative law and regulations,establishing management organs,establishing environment with diversified management subjects,constructing effective information communication mechanism.更多还原
