【摘要】 本文采用现场观察法、数据统计法及访谈法,对2010年江苏省第十七届高校部大学生武术套路赛太极拳运动员的成绩进行分析,从运动员(甲组)前期选材,赛前的原则以及赛前训练的具体方法等展开讨论,提出了注重技术动作质量,加强动作难度训练,重视心理素质训练及相应地增加省内高校武术比赛次数等建议和对策,为高校武术开展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through using the method of observation,mathematical statistics and interview,this paper makes analysis on performance of Wushu routine competition in 17th University Games in Jiangsu province,discusses the early selection of athletes,pre-competition principle and training,puts forward the suggestions and measurements of pay attention to the quality of technical movements,strengthen the difficulty of movement training,focus on mental quality training.The main purpose is to provide the reference for college Wushu development.更多还原
