【摘要】 通过文献法、问卷法、数理统计法等,对盐城市体育社团实体化的发展现状进行研究,结果表明:从1995年至2010年期间共有21支(单项)体育社团成立,在组织体系、人力资源、独立运营、制度规章以及管理等方面基本尚可,但就从现代社团实体化的发展要求来看仍有一段距离,因此,及早研究体育社团实体化建设的主要困难、障碍,并寻求克服的办法与发展策略,是加快建设江苏省市级体育社团实体化发展的有效途径,更是为了快速实现江苏省体育局"十二五"发展规划,同时也为我国体育社团实体化发展提供一点理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the way of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the current situation of entity development in Yancheng city.The results indicate that from 1995 to 2010,there were total 21 sports organizations established.They basically reach the standard in organization system,human resources,independent operation,the system of rules,as well as the management,but there is still a long way before getting the requirements of the entity development of modern sports organizations.Therefore,it is an effective way that doing the research on the main difficulties,the barrier of the sports community entity construction,and seek to overcome the method and the development strategy as soon as possible to speed up the entity construction of the municipal sports organizations in Jiangsu province,but also for the twelfth five-year development planning of Jiangsu province,and provide some theoretical reference for sports community entity development in China.更多还原
