免疫法检测瘦肉精的现状及其发展

【摘要】 免疫检测特异性好、分析速度快、成本低,在瘦肉精检测领域具有重要的应用价值。文章介绍胶体金免疫层析技术、酶联免疫吸附测定法及电化学、压电生物传感器等瘦肉精免疫检测主要方法的反应机理、技术特点、制作方法及相关的技术进展,指出目前研究中需要解决的问题并展望未来发展方向,认为开发新一代低成本、高灵敏度、高稳定性和高寿命的免疫传感器是快速实时及特异性检测瘦肉精残留较为理想的方法和途径。

【Abstract】 Immunosorbent Assay(IA) because of its specificity,fast response,low cost,plays an important role in the clenbnterol hydrochloride detection.This paper is presented as an overview of applications of colloidal gold immunochromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and electrochemical,piezoelectric biosensors.The review includes the principle,characteristic,and manufacture of IA.Factors limiting the practical application of IA to analytical problems are also presented.This report assesses future directions for IA of clenbnterol hydrochloride and the following future trends are suggested: more sensitive detection,miniaturization,cheap,convenient,and increased functionality of surface treatments.The technique offers great potential to meet the need for rapid and specific real-time detection for clenbnterol hydrochloride.
