刺槐花多酚超声提取工艺的优化及抗氧化性研究

【摘要】 对刺槐花多酚的超声提取工艺进行了研究,试验结果表明,多酚的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1︰20(g/mL),提取温度75℃,提取时间30 min,提取功率160 W,在此条件下,刺槐花多酚提取液的浓度为439.055 mg/L。同时通过ORAC法以及DPPH法对刺槐花的多酚提取物的抗氧化能力进行了检测。结果表明,刺槐花多酚提取物具有明显的抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 The optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of polyphenol from Robinia pseudoacacia L.was studied.Through the perpendicularity tests,the optimum conditions were determined as follows: ethanol concentration 40%,the solid/liquid ratio 1∶20,extraction temperature 75 ℃,extracting time 30 min and ultrasonic power 160 W.The yield of polyphenol from Robinia pseudoacacia L under these conditions was 439.055mg/L.The antioxidation ability of Robinia-pseudoacacia L.was tested through the ORAC and DPPH methods.The results revealed the antioxidant ability is significant.
