【摘要】 内外流通业促进中部经济转型是一个系统工程,涉及思想观念、产业结构、市场机制、省际竞争和招商引资等现实问题,诸多矛盾相互叠加,又相互制约,甚至对立,多方面影响中部经济转型和发展。文中以党中央"促进中部崛起战略"为指导,对流通业发展促进中部经济转型面临的政府与市场、内贸与外贸、企业"引进来"与"走出去"、竞争与合作等诸多复杂关系,提出了"双向联动"的战略思路和若干对策建议。更多还原
