【摘要】 目的对青岛市某区居民社区卫生服务利用的现状进行调查,提出相应对策,以促进社区卫生服务的发展和完善。方法采用问卷调查法向A区社区内居民发放调查问卷,调查分析社区卫生服务的利用现状,找出A区在社区卫生服务利用中存在的问题。结果 A区社区卫生服务机构的条件有限,居民对社区卫生服务内容和形式的多样性了解不够,医疗保险覆盖社区卫生服务机构范围还不够大,报销比例偏低。结论针对出现的问题,A区应提升社区卫生服务的技术和服务水平,提高群众对社区卫生服务的利用率,完善双向转诊制度和医疗保障制度,充分发挥社区卫生服务的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of health services in a certain community of Qingdao,so as to suggest corresponding countermeasures for its development and perfection.Methods A questionnaire was used to survey the health services in a community of district A with respect to the current situation on the utilization of health resources and to find out the problems existing in health services in that community.Results The setup of community health services in district A was limited,the residents did not fully understand the content and diversity of the service,the coverage of medical insurance of community health service institutions was not wide,and the proportion of reimbursement was low.Conclusion Aiming directly atexisting problems,the technical level and standard of health services in district A should be improved,the utilization rate of community health services for residents be raised,two-way referral system and medical care assurance system be perfected,and thus to bring into full play of community health services.更多还原
