【摘要】 目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法择期行TURBT的病人60例,随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组30例术中肌肉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚,对照组30例术中肌肉注射生理盐水。记录两组病人术后各时间段内每小时膀胱痉挛次数、术后各时间点视觉模拟(VAS)评分及口干、头晕等不良反应。结果试验组术后各时间段每小时膀胱痉挛次数少于对照组(t=6.14～8.15,P<0.05),术后各时间点VAS评分低于对照组(t=6.33～8.46,P<0.05);两组病人均未出现严重不良反应。结论术中肌肉注射盐酸戊乙奎醚可减少TURBT病人术后膀胱痉挛次数,降低VAS评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the penehyclidine hydrochloride(PHC) on cystospasm after transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT).Methods Sixty patients scheduled for TURBT were equally randomized to experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group received intramuscular PHC at surgery,and those in the control group were given intramuscular normal saline.Postoperatively,the following items: frequency of cystospasm per hour,visual analogue scale(VAS),and adverse reaction such as dry mouth and dizziness,were recorded.Results Postoperative frequency of cystospasm attack per hour was less in the experiment group than that in the control(t=6.14-8.15,P<0.05),and the VAS was lower as well(t=6.33-8.46,P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions were recorded in both groups.Conclusion Intramuscular injection of PHC at surgery may decrease the frequency of cystospasm in patients after TURBT and reduce VAS.更多还原
