【摘要】 目的调查护理本科男生不同年级之间的压力状况变化,测试男护生压力水平与应对方式之间是否有相关性。方法采用自制本科男护生压力量表和简易应对方式量表,对青岛大学医学院和泰山医学院96名本科男护生进行描述性调查研究。结果男护生常见有10种压力源。不同年级男护生总压力和各维度的压力均值评分比较,差异有显著性(F=11.93,P<0.01),其中高年级压力相对较大,其次为低年级,中年级压力最小。男护生常用的应对方式为:通过工作、学习或其他一些活动缓解压力;尽量看到事物好的一面等。消极的应对方式与男护生的压力呈正相关(r=0.529,P<0.01),积极应对方式与男护生压力无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。结论各年级的压力特点不同,护理教育者应针对不同年级男护生压力特点采取相应应对方式以降低他们的压力水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the stress status in male nursing students of undergraduate course among different grades,and to understand whether there was any correlation between the stress level and coping style. Methods Using a self-designed stress-questionaire and simplified coping style questionnaire,96 male students from Qingdao University Medical College and Taishan Medical College were surveyed. Results There were 10 stressors commonly seen in the students,the differences between total stress and the mean scores of each dimension in different-grade students were significant(F=11.93,P<0.01),the pressure in senior students was the highest,followed by the junior,the least stress was seen in the middle-grade ones.The coping styles usually used by them were through working,learning,or other activities,keeping an optimistic attitude.Negative coping style was positively correlated with the stress of the male students(r=0.529,P<0.01),there was no significant difference between positive coping styles and pressure(P>0.05). Conclusion The characteristics of the stress in different grades are different,as nursing educators,different measures aiming at different features of stress of different-grade male nursing students should be adopted accordingly to reduce their pressure.更多还原
