【摘要】 对参加第43届世界体操锦标赛女子自由体操决赛8名运动员成套动作进行了分析。研究结果表明:加大最高难度动作价值的同时,通过增加连接串数量是提升D分价值的重要途径;D组以上空翻及"二连接"是技巧动作的主要内容,空翻类型以后空翻类为主;舞蹈单动作以C组以上的跳步和D组以上的转体为主,跳步连接以含C组以上难度为主,舞蹈动作类型向多样化、高难度方向发展;成套动作结构的编排特征表现为:以F组或G组单个高难动作或含E组难度的连接串开场,中间动作由1-2个技巧串、1个含C组以上的跳步连接和1-2个D组以上的转体动作组成,下法动作为D组的技巧单动作或连接串。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes 8 gymnasts’ finals in floor exercises at the 43rd World Gymnastics Championships.The research result shows that while increasing the value of difficult movements,we should also increase the quantity of connection strings to enhance the value of D point.The somersault and "dual connection" over group D constitute the main content of acrobatic movements and somersaults are mainly back ones.Single dance movements mainly focus on leapfrogs over group C and twists over group D.Leapfrog connections mainly contain difficulties over group C.Dance movements are developing in a diverse and more difficult way.The characteristics of arrangement of set movements are as follows: the movements start with either the single difficult movement of group F or G or the connection strings of difficulty of group E while the intermediate movements are composed of 1-2 acrobatic strings,1 leapfrog connection over group C and 1-2 twists over group D.The dismount movement is the single acrobatic movement or connection strings.更多还原
