几种激发剂对钢渣活性的影响
Influence of several kinds of stimulator on slag activity
【摘要】 钢渣水化速率慢是限制其应用的主要因素,通过不同掺量和细度的钢渣与芒硝、水玻璃、木质素磺酸钙三种激发剂的反应情况,研究各种激发剂对钢渣水化活性的影响。实验结果表明,(1)掺入激发剂后,对钢渣水化活性有较大影响;(2)试验条件下钢渣比表面积为475.7m2/kg时,掺入10%钢渣、3%芒硝、2%水玻璃、0.6%木质素磺酸钙对钢渣水化活性激发效果最好。
【Abstract】 Slow hydration is the main application limitation for steel slag, and by the different reaction condition of different fineness and quantities of steel slage and three kinds of stimulator of mirabilite,sodium silicate and calcium lignosulphonate, the impact of different stimulator on hydration activity of steel slag was studied. The result shows that adding of the stimulator impacts the activity of steel slag greatly, and when the specific surface of steel slag is 475.7m2/kg and the proportion of steel slag, mirabilite,sodium silicate and calcium lignosulphonate is 10%,3%,2% and 0.6%,the stimulating effect reached the best.
