饲用微生物的分子改良技术与方法
Technology and method of molecular modification for direct-fed Microbials
【摘要】 随着基因组测序等现代生物技术实现突破,基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等多门"组学"及生物信息学、系统生物学等学科得到迅猛发展,微生物育种理论和技术也发生了重大变革。以基因组改组、基因工程、蛋白质定向进化和代谢工程为代表的现代微生物分子改良技术逐渐成为了世界微生物育种研究的主流,在我国也正在成为饲用微生物遗传改良的重要手段。文章简要介绍了饲用微生物分子改良的技术与方法,分析了分子育种面临的生物安全性问题,探讨了未来我国饲用微生物分子改良的发展战略。
【Abstract】 With the technological breakthrough of DNA sequencing recent years,genomics,proteomics,metabolomics,bioinformatics,and systems biology have made a great progress in the world.Theories,technologies and methods of feed microorganism molecular improvement have also been revolutionized considerably.Modern microbial molecular improvement including genome shuffling,gene engineering,protein directed evolution and metabolic engineering has become an important direction in the field of feed microorganism breeding in China.The paper briefly analyzes current technologies and methods of feed microorganism molecular improvement,analyzes the safety of feed microorganism molecular breeding,and discusses strategies in the future.
