【摘要】 近年来,越来越多的研究表明在肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cell,CSC)中存在着许多复杂的分子信号通路。本文主要介绍几条目前研究较为透彻的干细胞内信号通路,并对已知通路之间存在的蛋白质串流(cross-talk)的相关研究作简要阐述。同时,在肿瘤治疗中选择靶向肿瘤干细胞信号通路,调控通路中某些特异性蛋白质的表达,亦将为肿瘤临床治疗提供一条全新的思路。更多还原
