【Abstract】 Being a large city for agriculture and irrigation development,Yancheng needs to modernize for promoting water conservancy development.An analysis is made on the current status of water resources development and utilization in rural areas and gap between present and future targets.It is suggested to build ten guaranteeing systems of water resources planning,flood control and drainage system,irrigation,drinking water security,service system,engineering management,construction management,financial investment,science and technology innovation,supervision and performance evaluation.更多还原
