【Abstract】 The key of developing innovative competence is postgraduate-training model.In this paper, the deficiencies of current training talents in science professional are shown.And the causes resulting in the deficiencies are analyzed.By means of study on construction of postgraduates teacher,teaching reform,training mechanism,and training conditions etc.,the training model of innovative talents of science professional is studied and constructed.Training objectives of innovative talents in theoretical physics postgraduates program are proposed.更多还原
